Verse 1 Καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Verse 2 Εἰπὸν τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ λάβετέ μοι ἀπαρχὰς παρὰ πάντων οἱς ἂν δόξῃ τη καρδίᾳ καὶ λήμψεσθε τὰς ἀπαρχάς μου
Speak to the children of Israel, and take [the] firstfruits from all, who may be disposed in their heart to give; and you shall take My firstfruits.
Verse 3 Καὶ αὕτη ἐστὶν ἀπαρχή ἣν λήμψεσθε παρ αὐτῶν χρυσίον καὶ ἀργύριον καὶ χαλκὸν
And this is the offering which you shall take of them: gold, silver and brass;
Verse 4 Καὶ ὑάκινθον καὶ πορφύραν καὶ κόκκινον διπλοῦν καὶ βύσσον κεκλωσμένην καὶ τρίχας αἰγείας
blue, purple, and double scarlet; fine spun linen, and goats' hair;
Verse 5 Καὶ δέρματα κριῶν ἠρυθροδανωμένα καὶ δέρματα ὑακίνθινα καὶ ξύλα ἄσηπτα
rams' skins dyed red, blue skins, and incorruptible wood;
Verse 7 Καὶ λίθους σαρδίου καὶ λίθους εἰς τὴν γλυφὴν εἰς τὴν ἐπωμίδα καὶ τὸν ποδήρη
and sardius stones, and stones for the carved work of the breastplate, and the full-length robe.
Verse 8 Καὶ ποιήσεις μοι ἁγίασμα καὶ ὀφθήσομαι ἐν ὑμῖν
And you shall make Me a sanctuary, and I will appear among you.
Verse 9 Καὶ ποιήσεις μοι κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ἐγώ σοι δεικνύω ἐν τω ὄρει τὸ παράδειγμα τῆς σκηνῆς καὶ τὸ παράδειγμα πάντων τῶν σκευῶν αὐτῆς οὕτω ποιήσεις
And you shall make for Me according to all things which I show you in the mountain; even the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all its furniture: so shall you make it.
Verse 10 Καὶ ποιήσεις κιβωτὸν μαρτυρίου ἐκ ξύλων ἀσήπτων δύο πήχεων καὶ ἡμίσους τὸ μῆκος καὶ πήχεος καὶ ἡμίσους τὸ πλάτος καὶ πήχεος καὶ ἡμίσους τὸ ὕψος
And you shall make the Ark of Testimony of incorruptible wood; the length of two cubits and a half, and the breadth of a cubit and a half, and the height of a cubit and a half.
Verse 11 Καὶ καταχρυσώσεις αὐτὴν χρυσίω καθαρω ἔξωθεν καὶ ἔσωθεν χρυσώσεις αὐτήν καὶ ποιήσεις αὐτη κυμάτια στρεπτὰ χρυσᾶ κύκλω
And you shall overlay it with pure gold, inside and out you shall overlay it; and you shall make for it golden wreaths twisted round about.
Verse 12 Καὶ ἐλάσεις αὐτη τέσσαρας δακτυλίους χρυσοῦς καὶ ἐπιθήσεις ἐπὶ τὰ τέσσαρα κλίτη δύο δακτυλίους ἐπὶ τὸ κλίτος τὸ ἓν καὶ δύο δακτυλίους ἐπὶ τὸ κλίτος τὸ δεύτερον
And you shall cast for it four golden rings, and shall put them on the four sides; two rings on the one side, and two rings on the other side.
Verse 13 Ποιήσεις δὲ ἀναφορεῖς ξύλα ἄσηπτα καὶ καταχρυσώσεις αὐτὰ χρυσίω
And you shall make poles [of] incorruptible wood, and shall overlay them with gold.
Verse 14 Καὶ εἰσάξεις τοὺς ἀναφορεῖς εἰς τοὺς δακτυλίους τοὺς ἐν τοῖς κλίτεσι τῆς κιβωτοῦ αἴρειν τὴν κιβωτὸν ἐν αὐτοῖς
And you shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to bear the ark with them.
Verse 15 Ἐν τοῖς δακτυλίοις τῆς κιβωτοῦ ἔσονται οἱ ἀναφορεῖς ἀκίνητοι
The poles shall remain fixed in the rings of the ark.
Verse 16 Καὶ ἐμβαλεῖς εἰς τὴν κιβωτὸν τὰ μαρτύρια ἂν δῶ σοι
And you shall put into the ark the testimonies which I shall give you.
Verse 17 Καὶ ποιήσεις ἱλαστήριον ἐπίθεμα χρυσίου καθαροῦ δύο πήχεων καὶ ἡμίσους τὸ μῆκος καὶ πήχεος καὶ ἡμίσους τὸ πλάτος
And you shall make a mercy seat, a lid of pure gold; the length of two cubits and a half, and the breadth of a cubit and a half.
Verse 18 Καὶ ποιήσεις δύο χερουβιμ χρυσᾶ τορευτὰ καὶ ἐπιθήσεις αὐτὰ ἐξ ἀμφοτέρων τῶν κλιτῶν τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου
And you shall make two cherubim graven in gold, and you shall put them on both sides of the mercy seat.
Verse 19 Ποιηθήσονται χερουβ εἱς ἐκ τοῦ κλίτους τούτου καὶ χερουβ εἱς ἐκ τοῦ κλίτους τοῦ δευτέρου τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου καὶ ποιήσεις τοὺς δύο χερουβιμ ἐπὶ τὰ δύο κλίτη
They shall be made, one cherub on this side, and another cherub on the other side of the mercy seat; and you shall make the two cherubim on the two sides.
Verse 20 Ἔσονται οἱ χερουβιμ ἐκτείνοντες τὰς πτέρυγας ἐπάνωθεν συσκιάζοντες ταῖς πτέρυξιν αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου καὶ τὰ πρόσωπα αὐτῶν εἰς ἄλληλα εἰς τὸ ἱλαστήριον ἔσονται τὰ πρόσωπα τῶν χερουβιμ
The cherubim shall stretch forth their wings above, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings; and their faces shall be toward each other, the faces of the cherubim shall be toward the mercy seat.
Verse 21 Καὶ ἐπιθήσεις τὸ ἱλαστήριον ἐπὶ τὴν κιβωτὸν ἄνωθεν καὶ εἰς τὴν κιβωτὸν ἐμβαλεῖς τὰ μαρτύρια ἂν δῶ σοι
And you shall set the mercy seat on the ark above, and you shall put into the ark the testimonies which I shall give you.
Verse 22 Καὶ γνωσθήσομαί σοι ἐκεῖθεν καὶ λαλήσω σοι ἄνωθεν τοῦ ἱλαστηρίου ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν δύο χερουβιμ τῶν ὄντων ἐπὶ τῆς κιβωτοῦ τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ἂν ἐντείλωμαί σοι πρὸς τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ
And I will make Myself known to you from there, and I will speak to you from above the mercy seat between the two cherubim, which are upon the Ark of Testimony, even in all things which I shall charge you concerning the children of Israel.
Verse 23 Καὶ ποιήσεις τράπεζαν χρυσίου καθαροῦ δύο πήχεων τὸ μῆκος καὶ πήχεος τὸ εὐρος καὶ πήχεος καὶ ἡμίσους τὸ ὕψος
And you shall make a golden table of pure gold, in length two cubits, and in breadth a cubit, and in height a cubit and a half.
Verse 24 Καὶ ποιήσεις αὐτη στρεπτὰ κυμάτια χρυσᾶ κύκλω
And you shall make for it golden wreaths twisted round about, and you shall make for it a crown of an handbreadth round about.
Verse 25 Καὶ ποιήσεις αὐτη στεφάνην παλαιστοῦ κύκλω καὶ ποιήσεις στρεπτὸν κυμάτιον τη στεφάνῃ κύκλω
And you shall make a twisted wreath for the crown round about.
Verse 26 Καὶ ποιήσεις τέσσαρας δακτυλίους χρυσοῦς καὶ ἐπιθήσεις τοὺς δακτυλίους ἐπὶ τὰ τέσσαρα μέρη τῶν ποδῶν αὐτῆς
And you shall make four golden rings; and you shall put the four rings upon the four parts of its feet under the crown.
Verse 27 Ὑπὸ τὴν στεφάνην καὶ ἔσονται οἱ δακτύλιοι εἰς θήκας τοῖς ἀναφορεῦσιν ὥστε αἴρειν ἐν αὐτοῖς τὴν τράπεζαν
And the rings shall be for bearings for the poles, that they may bear the table with them.
Verse 28 Καὶ ποιήσεις τοὺς ἀναφορεῖς ἐκ ξύλων ἀσήπτων καὶ καταχρυσώσεις αὐτοὺς χρυσίω καθαρω καὶ ἀρθήσεται ἐν αὐτοῖς τράπεζα
And you shall make the poles of incorruptible wood, and you shall overlay them with pure gold; and the table shall be borne with them.
Verse 29 Καὶ ποιήσεις τὰ τρυβλία αὐτῆς καὶ τὰς θυίσκας καὶ τὰ σπονδεῖα καὶ τοὺς κυάθους ἐν οἱς σπείσεις ἐν αὐτοῖς χρυσίου καθαροῦ ποιήσεις αὐτά
And you shall make its dishes, its censers, its bowls, and its cups, with which you shall offer drink offerings. Of pure gold shall you make them.
Verse 30 Καὶ ἐπιθήσεις ἐπὶ τὴν τράπεζαν ἄρτους ἐνωπίους ἐναντίον μου διὰ παντός
And you shall set upon the table showbread before Me continually.
Verse 31 Καὶ ποιήσεις λυχνίαν ἐκ χρυσίου καθαροῦ τορευτὴν ποιήσεις τὴν λυχνίαν καυλὸς αὐτῆς καὶ οἱ καλαμίσκοι καὶ οἱ κρατῆρες καὶ οἱ σφαιρωτῆρες καὶ τὰ κρίνα ἐξ αὐτῆς ἔσται
And you shall make a lampstand of pure gold; you shall make the lampstand of graven work: its stem and its branches, its bowls, its [ornamental] knobs, and its lilies shall be of one piece.
Verse 32 Ἓξ δὲ καλαμίσκοι ἐκπορευόμενοι ἐκ πλαγίων τρεῖς καλαμίσκοι τῆς λυχνίας ἐκ τοῦ κλίτους αὐτῆς τοῦ ἑνὸς καὶ τρεῖς καλαμίσκοι τῆς λυχνίας ἐκ τοῦ κλίτους τοῦ δευτέρου
And six branches shall proceed out of its sides, three branches of the lampstand from one side of it, and three branches of the lampstand from the other side.
Verse 33 Καὶ τρεῖς κρατῆρες ἐκτετυπωμένοι καρυίσκους ἐν τω ἑνὶ καλαμίσκω σφαιρωτὴρ καὶ κρίνον οὕτως τοῖς ἓξ καλαμίσκοις τοῖς ἐκπορευομένοις ἐκ τῆς λυχνίας
And three bowls fashioned like almonds, on each branch a knob and a lily; so to the six branches proceeding from the lampstand,
Verse 34 Καὶ ἐν τη λυχνίᾳ τέσσαρες κρατῆρες ἐκτετυπωμένοι καρυίσκους ἐν τω ἑνὶ καλαμίσκω οἱ σφαιρωτῆρες καὶ τὰ κρίνα αὐτῆς
and in the lampstand four bowls fashioned like almonds, in each branch knobs and the flowers of the same.
Verse 35 σφαιρωτὴρ ὑπὸ τοὺς δύο καλαμίσκους ἐξ αὐτῆς καὶ σφαιρωτὴρ ὑπὸ τοὺς τέσσαρας καλαμίσκους ἐξ αὐτῆς οὕτως τοῖς ἓξ καλαμίσκοις τοῖς ἐκπορευομένοις ἐκ τῆς λυχνίας
A knob under two branches out of it, and a knob under four branches out of it; so to the six branches proceeding from the lampstand; and in the lampstand four bowls fashioned like almonds.
Verse 36 Οἱ σφαιρωτῆρες καὶ οἱ καλαμίσκοι ἐξ αὐτῆς ἔστωσαν ὅλη τορευτὴ ἐξ ἑνὸς χρυσίου καθαροῦ
Let the knobs and the branches be of one piece, altogether graven of one piece of pure gold.
Verse 37 Καὶ ποιήσεις τοὺς λύχνους αὐτῆς ἑπτά καὶ ἐπιθήσεις τοὺς λύχνους καὶ φανοῦσιν ἐκ τοῦ ἑνὸς προσώπου
And you shall make its seven lamps; and you shall set on [it] the lamps, and they shall shine from one front.
Verse 38 Καὶ τὸν ἐπαρυστῆρα αὐτῆς καὶ τὰ ὑποθέματα αὐτῆς ἐκ χρυσίου καθαροῦ ποιήσεις
And you shall make its wick-trimmers and its snuff-dishes of pure gold.
Verse 39 Πάντα τὰ σκεύη ταῦτα τάλαντον χρυσίου καθαροῦ
All these articles [shall be] a talent of pure gold.
Verse 40 Ὅρα ποιήσεις κατὰ τὸν τύπον τὸν δεδειγμένον σοι ἐν τω ὄρει
See, you shall make them according to the pattern which was shown you on the mount.
